Not only did I have the honors of shooting there engagement session back in April but I was lucky enough to shoot there wedding. There wedding was at Laguna Cliffs Marriot In Dana Point, Ca and coordinated by Sandy Chiu. The flowers were done by Christine Saunders from Spiraled Stem. Donnia Schimdt did such an amazing job with Katie’s hair and Katie you did such and awesome job with your makeup. Over all I’d say we had a great team! Katie and Joe Im so glad I got to meet you two and I wish you nothing but the best, enjoy!

Daniel’s girlfriend Sarina was nice enough to be our model for the day while there was a lot of trial and error. Im still figuring out new ways to process these types of images but I thought I would show two little behind the scenes sneak peaks. Im not sure if ill blog this shoot because it was more experimental but definitely keep an eye out for more to come!

Alright, after all the goofing off at the photo booth it was time we all put our game faces on. It wouldn’t be a fun competition with out prizes now would it. Big thanks to ShootSac and the [b] school for the giveaways. you guys are awesome!!! First we started off with a little egg toss. and here we go!

And the Winners of the egg toss is… Daniel Cruz and Jocelyn Kamura. Thanks [b] school! After the the egg toss we had an intense game of volleyball. Way to intense for me to be taking pictures sorry but Im pretty sure you’ll find it on another photogs blog. After Volleyball we had a drawing for a ShootSac and a [b] school membership.

The lucky winner of the [b] school membership giveaway is Mrs. Stacey Nicole.

And the Winner of the ShootSac is the one and only Daniel Cruz!

Later on in the evening we all headed to the dry lake bed for a fun little styled shoot. Big thanks to O.C Prop girl for styling and supplying all the props. And another big thanks to Kaycee Marie for hair and make up. I couldn’t have done it with out you guys.

Such a beautiful day and such a beautful wedding. Eric and Kamala I’ve had such a great time getting to know you two. I know this post is longer than normal but I had the hardest time narrowing down the images I wanted to blog. Well I hope you guys enjoy!

The Wedding was coordinated by Liz Cooper smith from Silver Charm Events. The flowers were done by Sky Events and Productions. And the Cake was made by Phoenix Bakery. I had a great time working with all these vendors. You guys did an excellent job.

With time running out in the day we decided to setup a last minute shoot so we would have something to blog… Funny I know. We where able to get my buddy Joe’s to little nieces, yes! Thank God it gets dark around ten over here. We started shooting at 9:00pm yes you heard that right 9:00pm!!! With lighting getting away from us we decided to split up and shoot them individually. WIth my cameras ISO starting at 800 and moving up as daylight was fading I wouldn’t say I did to bad. Here are a few of the results.

Thank you Daisy and Summer for being so willing especially with such short notice. Don’t worry next session will be at the right time of day and with no rush. Have a great night and I hope you enjoy!

Shannon and Eddie congrats on being happily married for two years and may there be many more to come.  I hope you guys enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. During our down time we decided to give the people what they want haha. Geoff and I got in the studio and started brain storming and out of that we created “Professionals.” After recording the song we realized we needed a video to deliver the content better. A few days later a group of photographers (Morgan Taylor, Autin Curtis and Daniel Cruz) got together and created this wonderful master peace. Ladies and Gentlemen I give you “PROFESSIONALS!”
